Job opportunity for a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner & Acupuncturist
Are you the next addition to the Renew Health & Acupuncture team?
We are searching for a heart-centred, caring, and empathetic acupuncturist and herbalist, ideally with a special interest in treating fertility and pregnancy, to join our busy clinic in a contractor role.
What do we need from you?
We required a commitment of 2 days minimum per week.
We are looking for a practitioner who is:
- able to work 2 rooms at once
- personable and warm
- resilient and adaptable
- self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
- you should have a desire to become fully booked
- driven to further your business and professional skills
- willing to attend regular team catch-ups
- contribute to regular social media education and blogs
- registered with AHPRA and the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia
- a member of a professional association (e.g., AACMA, ANTA, ATMS)
- registered as a provider with the major private health funds
- hold current insurances, including professional indemnity insurance
- hold current CPR and First Aid certificates
- you must also be fully vaccinated in accordance with the DHHS guidelines

Based in the north-eastern suburb of Watsonia, we offer a warm, inviting space that ensures the best possible patient-focused experience. With a great receptionist that will assist in supporting you in your role, we utilise the Jane online booking system, so all you need is a laptop or smart phone to keep up to date with your bookings.
We are a kind and supportive team who value honesty and integrity. Our acupuncturist values education and continual learning to better her skills to grow as a practitioner and as a person.
There are 8 beautiful treatment rooms with a staff kitchen and bathroom upstairs. We have a dispensary stocked with a range of powdered and patent Chinese herbs and supplements as well as teas and other therapeutic products.
We provide all that you need; reception and admin support 3 days a week, linen, moxa, acupuncture needles, heated treatment tables, EFTPOS/HICAPS facilities, and other general equipment.
We are situated in the Diamond Village Shopping Centre; easy all-day parking is available.
