Have you been to the Community Acupuncture Clinic Sessions here at the new Watsonia clinic?
It is set in a open room environment and allows multiple people to experience the benefits of acupuncture at the same time and at a reduced cost.
There are 3 treatment beds and one lazy-boy chair. Blankets are provided and the room is heated in winter to allow for a warm and relaxing space.
People come in with many different complaints, ailments and even just for overall health maintenance. Pain & injuries, immunity and colds, insomnia & stress, digestive complaints, pregnancy related conditions and fertility are the common things that people come to community acupuncture for.
One person is scheduled every 15 minutes and the appointment lasts for 30 min.
The sessions are quiet, with a bit of whispering and the other people in the room do not hear about your current symptoms.
